TransTape Collaberation
In 2025 I collaborated with TransTape for their artist merch program which involved creating an illustration to be printed on shirts for a 3 month limited time drop on TransTape's website.

After the TransTape collaboration I was free to create my own prints to sell which can be found for sale in my shop.
ABOUT THE DESIGN:
As someone who cannot really use a traditional binder due to my disabilities, this is a representation of how transtape and tape binding give me freedom and the chance to be myself and feel like the man I know I am inside.
The flowers all have meanings linked to rebirth, good luck and positivity. I chose these flowers as I wanted to subtly show that realizing you're trans is not the end, you're not wrong, and you're almost being reborn into the person you feel inside. I also chose flowers symbolising good luck to give a positive light to the long journey it can take to become the person you want to be, to wish luck to all those, no matter where they are in their journey and give some hope to those who can't yet come out.
I chose to have a skeleton as the main focus instead of a living person to show a connection to trans people who have passed away and those who now get to walk in their footsteps and live thanks to how they lived. It also links to the idea of shedding your deadname and waking up as someone who, at their core and down to their bones, is the same person they have always been and always will be, even after death.
I was inspired by artists like Michelangelo, Hieronymus Wierix, Giulio Romano, and other Renaissance artists alongside Gothic art and work I have previously done for my illustration degree, to make something with multiple meanings and that influenced the style of the overall piece.
The design is still available through my own prints and stickers available here
